The Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy (SCAA), is a 135 year old statewide, independent, non-profit, public policy organization based in Albany. SCAA promotes and advocates for progressive policies in health, mental health, children's services, tax and finance, education and economic security. Priority emphasis is goven to promoting wellness, mitigating disabilities, combating poverty and fostering personal independence.
